Paul Schneider entered the power washing and kitchen hood cleaning arena in 1977, in Los Angeles. At that time he worked with one of the industry’s post WWII pioneers, Phil Drake. Paul helped to further develop hood cleaning and stove cleaning procedures, including a system for cleaning oriental restaurant hoods. There he authored a hood cleaning manual for beginners as well as a very successful marketing system. Subsequently he operated a hood cleaning business in Florida and currently is based in Central Illinois. Having trained many employees during his career, he wrote a new manual and began offering hood cleaner training, so as to acquaint start-up operators with proper cleaning methodology. He became a UAMCC member 3 years ago and is currently on the UAMCC board of directors.

In October of 1989, Scott Stone had a six month old son, and a wife that wanted to be a stay at home mom. He was working in a salvage yard for the largest utility in Arizona. As one of his areas of responsibility, he was handed the Federal environmental standards, and was instructed to develop an easy program for handling hazardous waste. He also started A Mind for Detail with his wife,as a detailing company. It wasn’t long that he figured out that he would not be able to support his family as a detailer, looked at his equipment, and started washing trucks. Brandon’s father Jim started All-Clean in 1978 as an owner operator window cleaner and stayed that size – his dad and a helper – for 34 years. Since the age of 13, Brandon was his single employee. Brandon homeschooled through high school and washed windows, cleaned gutters and pressure washed 40 hours a week.
In 2012, Brandon’s dad was diagnosed with heart disease and was told he could no longer work physically. Kristy White is Co-Owner of Big Guns SoftWash, with Husband Darren White.
She has two children, Brandon 20 and Daniel 14, which also help out with the business. It is a true family affair. Big Guns SoftWash was started in July of 2013. In February 2014, Kristy attended her first UAMCC event which happened to be the UAMCC National Show in Houston, Texas. That event has helped change their lives for the better both personally and well as professionally. Through bumpy roads and detours she has learned so much about herself as well as what it takes to run a successful business. Kristy wants to give back by sharing what she has learned and applied in growing their business.

Igor Zaric “Environmental & Hard Surface Restoration Hands on Training”

Igor Zaric is the Owner/Operator of Dirt Fighter out of San Diego Ca. After​ having a Trucking Brokerage and Real Estate career, Igor was looking for something different.
